Rooms are filled with antiques, all have private baths, televisions and air conditioners and some have wood-burning fireplaces. A cottage suite overlooking the pool offers a very private romantic retreat.
With four acres of grounds and verandahs covering 4,000 square feet, guests can find a quiet spot to enjoy the gardens, the pool and the view, do some bird-watching, or enjoy a favorite book in a rocking chair or by a wood-burning fireplace.

Innkeeper Helen Faber enjoys visiting with guests about the long history of the mansion, Senator Bob Reynolds, his family, and the association with the Hope Diamond.
This handsome, three-story brick antebellum mansion is situated on a four-acre knoll of Reynolds Mountain.
The grounds surrounding the mansion are a casual mix of old fashion bushes and shrubs from years gone by. You can stroll by unrestrained beds of perennials and annuals or relax among the neat beds on an enclosed court yard with a fountain splashing in the background.
The house, cottage and swimming pool are surrounded by a border that has been lovingly left natural to create a feeling of secluded isolation, when actually we are "alas" minutes from restaurants, attractions and civilization.
